Tender for Infrastructure Delivery Plan Harborough District Council

Description

The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of services to prepare an infrastructure Delivery plan to inform the preparation of the new Local Plan and if appropriate the preparation of a community infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule. This study will address, as a minimum, the local infrastructure. It is anticipated that information including costs of infrastructure requirements will be provided by relevant service providers and developers. In the absence of cost information, the successful supplier will be required where feasible to provide high level cost estimates for the provision of infrastructure in order that the viability and certainty of its timely provision can be assessed. Further information on the requirement and relevant performance standards are available within the Specification. The anticipated contract commencement date is 29th February 2024. The Council proposes to enter one contract for an initial period of 12 months with the preferred supplier, with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months, making 24 months in total.
