FEW1010 - GHG-Local Authority Delivery Phase 1a & 1b

Description

At very short notice central government through the Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) launched a fully funded scheme of £200 million for Local Authorities to bid into for energy efficiency measures to support the decarbonisation of our homes. The time frame to bid for funding was only four weeks and all measures will have to be delivered by March 2021, thus it was not possible to go through the usual procurement route of tendering to acquire contractors to deliver the measures.\r \r See also previous FEW0980 that ran to 31/03/2021 (Phase 1).
