Maintenance Backlog 3

DVSA requires support in the delivery of phase 3 of the Maintenance Backlog Programme and require the following services to aid in the delivery of this programme.

Construction Design and Management Assurance

Review and acceptance of Construction Phase Plan and Risk Assessment Method Statement for each of the 12 sites

Site audit and inspections

Review and accept Operations & Maintenance Manual and Health & Safety Files on completion of work.

Handover Meetings & Completion

Undertake a handover/practical completion inspection upon completion of the works

Issue a report (including photographs) listing the outstanding works and defects (format of which is to be approved by DVSA)
