Skipton Water Street - Internal refurbishment for the provision of new toilets and external alteration works

Remodelling of the internal Library space to provide two new self-contained unisex toilets, a new lobby and cloakroom area for 30 pupils which will include a new external door for access and egress. Two new staircases are to be built with retaining walls to the perimeter. External areas to be made good and new low maintenance planting is to be provided ensuring plants do not exceed a specified height.
