## Description

Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of Midlands Engine and East Midlands partners are seeking to procure high level aspirational visuals to capture the essence of the emerging Development Corporation aspiration for the East Midlands\. The business case needs new imagery to capture the imagination of decision makers and prospective investors, that will be prepared alongside a narrative on the plausibility of the emerging development aspirations in the emerging business case\.
