Work description
The forecast optimisation project is looking to review and improve all forecasting activities across the Agency, informing both OB and Evolve work and seeking to establish and disseminate best-practice from current processes to inform more consistent work across all activity. This work helps us to establish a baseline and look to identify commonality between approaches to inform the way forward.
