## Description

South Gloucestershire Council and intending to put in place a Framework Agreement to provide labour top-up support for civil engineering labour/gangs required for the delivery of the Councils capital highways programmes\.\\r The supply of labour will supplement South Gloucestershire Council's inhouse StreetCare workforce for Civil Engineering \(a\) Labour and/or \(b\) Top-up Gangs\.
