Mabe Community Primary School - Proposed Modular Classroom Block

The Council seeks to appoint a suitably accredited and demonstrably experienced Principal Contractor to undertake the design and construction of a new double modular classroom building at Mabe Community Primary School, Cunningham Park, Mabe Burnthouse, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9HB under an NEC 3 Engineering & Construction Contract (Option A) with secondary options and Z clauses as set out in the procurement documents.

The design works are complete to a RIBA Stage 3 standard and the successful contractor will be required to undertake the necessary due diligence for and completion of the architectural, civil and structural engineering, MEP engineering, landscaping and such other design as is required to allow the complete construction of all parts of the works.

The construction works shall comprise site works including earthworks, the provision of foundations, statutory services connections to existing, landscaping, drainage and fencing.

Additional information: The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/ (Due North) to manage tender processes.
