This quantitative research aims to evaluate the Enterprise Management Incentives \(EMI\) scheme\. The survey will investigate the impact of the scheme on the businesses using it; namely, whether there is a measurable improvement in their ability to recruit and retain employees\. The research will also investigate how EMI is working for businesses, including how it is currently designed and targeted\. Additional information: This contract was let as part of a mini competition within the DWP Social and Economic Research Framework 2013\.
