Oakleaf Commercial Services Development Framework

Description

OCS is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced suppliers for the provision of works under a 4-year framework comprising 4 Lots as follows: 1) Brickwork works 2) Grounds maintenance works 3) Fencing works 4) Plastering works. It is intended for this contract to achieve efficiencies of procurement and supply chain management through this relationship and will also result in a reduction in repetitive and time-consuming contract administration. The Client is seeking bidders who can demonstrate a willingness to work closely with its team to deliver the development programme in both a proactive and collaborative manner. Full details of the requirements and commercial models are provided in the procurement documents. The Framework will be awarded to a maximum of three Contractors per Lot as set out in the procurement documents. For all Lots individual contracts will be called-off through direct award to a contractor chosen from any contractor included on the Framework at the sole discretion of OCS. OCS reserves the right to run mini competitions should it wish to do so.
