CPU 8218 Independent Chair - Children's

The Independent Chair of the Internal Children's Improvement Board will provide impartial strategic leadership to the Board, governance oversight, and professional expertise to support and challenge the Council in delivering a unified improvement plan for Children's Services, including supporting the transition to any subsequent arrangements in the context of Local Government Reorganisation. The Chair will act as a critical friend, offering support and challenge, and will report on progress to senior leaders as required.
