## Description

This is a contract award notice for the direct appointment of Balfour Beatty to carry out pre-construction professional services in respect of the University's Arts and Sports Bridges\. Both bridges span a live railway line and as such specialist , experienced contractor services are required to plan the sequencing and programming of potential future works in respect of the bridges\.
