Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester Borough Council \(the Council\) wishes to commission a contractor to provide partial internal and external redecoration works to various areas at Town Hall, High Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1PJ\. The works required are partial internal and external redecoration works to various public areas of the Town Hall building, including associated sundry repair works\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
