South Worcestershire Economic Development Needs Assessment (EDNA) 2018

Malvern Hills District Council (The Council) is inviting Tenders from Potential Consultants on behalf of the South Worcestershire Councils (SWCs) (Malvern Hills District Council, Worcester City Council and Wychavon District Council) for the provision of a South Worcestershire EDNA 2018. Interested Consultants should submit their proposed methodology to meet the requirements set out in the Specification and provide a detailed breakdown of costs. The submission must be capable of detailed scrutiny including through examination in public. The proposal should indicate the timing of each element of the work, including submission of a draft report and time for this to be revised before publication of a final phase one report required by 29th June 2018.

The SWCs are seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the preparation of evidence to identify the economic growth needs of South Worcestershire until 2041. The successful organisation must commit to supporting the SWCs if required at the Examination in Public of a replacement Local Plan for South Worcestershire.
