12_19 Building Materials

Supply (fitting additional option for some lots) of building materials, including supply of plumbing and heating materials, timber, electrical cables and equipment, doors, paint fencing, bathrooms and kitchens.

Lot 1: General Building Materials - Bricks, sand, cement, tiles etc Lot 2: Plumbing Equipment, Bathrooms & Sanitaryware - showers, screens, baths, basins, cubicles gas, pipes,radiators, boilers etc. Lot 3: Kitchens - units, sinks and taps Lot 4: Electrical - Fittings, cables Lot 5: Painting & Decorating - Paint and Decorators materials Lot 6: Fencing - Fencing Wooden + posts and gravel boards and Metal fencing for supply and/or installation Lot 7: Decorating Cards (Social Housing) - Decorating Cards (Social Housing) for store cards typically for decorators items Lot 8: One Stop Shop (Total Building Supplies) - One Stop Shop for customers to purchase products from multiple lots.

As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, the Framework Agreement is open for use by Public Bodies (defined https://www.espo.org/ESPO/media/Documents/FAQs/ESPO-s_powers_to_trade__website_-2016-12-22.pdf) that also fall into one of the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authorities; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; or any public body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
