## Description

The provision of travel care and support services for children and young people with special educational needs, who primarily travel from home to school; and vulnerable adults who primarily travel from home to day care services, plus other locations as required\. This procurement is to develop a Framework Agreement comprised of two lots\. Lot 1 for minibus provision and lot 2 for taxi provision\. The Council is undertaking the procurement in accordance with the Open Procedure of the Public Contracts Regulations \(2015\)\. The Lot 1 published requirements as detailed in the Tender price matrix will be called off at the point of appointment to the Framework, to the highest ranking tenderer\. The Lot 1 provider will be expected to provide any additional services under the lot as required throughout the contract duration\. This call off contract will be for a duration of 5 years, with the option to extend up to a further 2 years\. Lot 2 will be called off as and when required for varying duration as set out in the ITT\.
