Works Contract for the delivery of -: the refurbishment of the CSU facility involving the works below: - Replacement of the existing floor finish with a new resin flooring to HMPPS standards. - Replacement of the existing wall finish with a new mesh render system to HMPPS standards. - Replacement of the existing ceiling finish with a steel sheet and damage resistant ceiling board to HMPPS standards. - Check of the functionality of the existing building services and replacement of vent grilles and any other surface fixed elements as required. - Replacement of the existing sanitary fittings. - Replacement of the existing furniture with new safer cell furniture. Fixed furniture to be installed before the flooring is laid. - Improvement to the observation capabilities into the Special and Dirty Protest
