Coin Operated Washing Machines

Harlow Council has 17 sheltered housing schemes (schedule attached) which currently have laundry facilities installed on site for the use of the tenants. There are currently 44 washing machines including one sluice machine and 42 tumble dryers in use in various sites across Harlow, installed and managed by a laundry management contractor. There is also laundry equipment installed in one general needs tower block consisting of 2 washing machines and 1 tumble dryer. The Services 1.To supply and install coin operated washing machines and tumble dryers on all sheltered housing schemes, to replace existing equipment 2.To supply and install token operated washing machines and tumble dryers on general needs sites and tower blocks as listed on the attached schedule.
