Housing 21 required an effective Occupational Health Service to support the effective management of their employee health and wellbeing and to reduce sickness absence. It was seeking an Occupational Health (OH) Service that is proactive, offering early intervention, providing professional, clear, and unequivocal advice on solutions to support their employee wellbeing needs .
