Opportunity Area - Literacy Campaign and Literacy Family Support (2 Lots)

Lot 1 - Delivery of a Town-wide Literacy Marketing campaign to 'Get Blackpool Reading' • This will involve the creation, co-ordination and delivery of a campaign, providing core and clear messaging, with reach into communities across Blackpool for whom literacy and reading may not be a priority in their lives.

Lot 2 - Literacy Family Support Programme • Training and activities for parents (with a particular emphasis on young parents) to improve personal literacy levels, and tools and support for them to help their children with reading.
