Servicing and Maintenance of Lifts Serving Domestic Dwellings and Sheltered Accommodation, Boroughwide

Wandsworth Borough Council is tendering a multi lot contract to appoint two Contractors to undertake Lift Maintenance and Servicing in Domestic Dwellings and Sheltered Accommodation at various properties, borough-wide. The contracts are expected to have a duration of 5 years (60 months) with the option to extend for a period or periods of up to 2 years (24 months) at the absolute discretion of the Council. The estimated total value of the contracts is £7,000,000.
