Wandsworth Borough Council is tendering a multi lot contract to appoint two Contractors to undertake Lift Maintenance and Servicing in Domestic Dwellings and Sheltered Accommodation at various properties, borough-wide\. The contracts are expected to have a duration of 5 years \(60 months\) with the option to extend for a period or periods of up to 2 years \(24 months\) at the absolute discretion of the Council\. The estimated total value of the contracts is £7,000,000\.
