LCCC is seeking to work with a contractor with proven experience in delivering a first-class metering assurance service\. Metering assurance is a high priority for LCCC\. LCCC needs therefore to have confidence that the successful contractor can operate to exacting technical and quality requirements; is able to work effectively with delivery partners, including LCCC; and is able to deliver the Contract requirements in a timely and professional way\.
