## Description

Prepaid card accounts operate in the same way as a standard UK bank account, whereby users are able to withdraw cash from ATMs, pay vendors, receive statements\. The balance is then used by client holder to purchase care and support agreed in support plan for direct payment users and by individuals who we support as their appointee or deputy\.
