e-ITT for the Construction of New Services Depot, Hardley Industrial Estate, Hardley

New Forest District Council (NFDC) are carrying out this procurement exercise to identify, select and award a contract on a Design & Build basis to a single main supplier or a consortium led by a managing supplier to cover the whole construction programme.

The design and construction works, which comprise of construction of a new services depot comprising an office block, workshop and store/workshop in one linked building. The majority of the accommodation will be at ground floor level with a store and plant area at first floor level over part of the workshop. In addition the development will provide independent structures for a bike shed, bin store, smoking shelter and external stores, together with parking areas, access roads, materials storage area, fuel store area, drainage, landscaping and incoming services. All to be procured under JCT Design & Build Contract 2016.
