Description

Supply, installation, commissioning, service & maintenance of a complete automatic washing solution for Breathing Apparatus Sets that can effectively and safely wash a minimum of 2 x complete SCBA at once (Interspiro Incurve-E), complete with facemasks (Interspiro Inspire). Solutions should remove as many harmful materials as possible that can usually be associated with firefighting duties. SCBA must be pressurised, but not from an external air supply. Ideally from one cylinder which will not be attached to the SCBA. Wash at a set temperature determined by the Authority for each programme (in line with equipment supplier recommendations). The water must be heated to the correct temperature by the machine, not directly fed at the temperature required. Be capable of safely and effectively washing firefighting helmets (Rosenbauer Heros Titan, MSA F2XR and MSA F1) on a dedicated rack for suitable loading. Solutions should remove as many harmful materials as possible that can usually be associated with firefighting duties.
