Guildford Borough Council seeks a single organisation that has adequate resources and a proven track record to undertake five annual valuations of the Council's Housing Stock (HRA) properties including some five thousand rented properties spread across Guildford borough. This is a mini-competition on the ESPO Framework 2700 for Estate Management Consultancy Services Lot 1a 'Fixed Asset Valuation' - the framework OJEU award notice is 2015/S 027-045764. This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services.
