## Description

SWISCo is a private limited company wholly owned by, and delivering services on behalf of, Torbay Council, and was launched on 1st July 2020\. A range of services is already being delivered to residents, and SWISCo will also cater to the commercial sector, with plans to develop and expand services over time as the company becomes more established\. SWISCo ran a further competition on ESPO Framework 215\_20 under Lot 3 Chassis Mounted Sweepers for the purchase of one \(1\) 15 - 18 Tonne Truck Mounted Sweeper\. Torbay Council are facilitating the tender process only
