## Description

The scope of services is outlined into 2 distinct tasks of work which are to create a RIP portfolio level benefit tree / map baseline\. Strategic outcome \(quantified and unquantified\) alignment for all current RIS 1 RIP schemes in a dynamic portfolio view and apply targeted Project Benefit Management Principals across a RIP pilot\. Apply Benefit Management principals in line with best practice \(DfT IPA guidance, APM methods or another\) to 5 schemes \(to be defined by the client\) to provide best practice examples for future HE deployment\.
