Sefton Housing Development Company Technical Advisory Services. The appointment of a Multi-Disciplinary Design Team.

Sefton Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified multi-disciplinary integrated technical consultancy team (MDT) to assist in the preparation of feasibility and viability of establishing a Housing Development Company (DevCo) and subject to this test proving positive, to work on behalf of the wholly owned DevCo to support its proposals to develop new residential schemes within the Borough. The services required are all at a business planning stage and viability testing. Therefore all studies will be produced at a RIBA Plan of Work Stage 1 and 2 and be taken forward into the outline business plan and business case and the final business plan and business case.
