## Description

The Council is seeking provision of domiciliary and personal care to disabled Children and Young People aged 0-18 years, who have been assessed by the Council as requiring support to enable them to continue to live at home\. The aim of this procurement is to secure a maximum of 4 providers on the Framework who are skilled to deliver high quality homecare that promotes wellbeing and supports outcomes that are important to Children and Young People\.
