For information only. This was a direct award against Crown Commercial Services RM6168. Lot 4 Arcadis will provide competent, practical, and proportionate support to address priority areas requiring improvement. The support will focus on six core themes: • closing out audit findings and establishing a clear evidence-based audit trail of actions taken; • strengthening fire safety assurance processes and documentation standards; • clarifying and formalising responsibilities between Cafcass, landlords, and Facilities Management (FM) providers to remove ambiguity and ensure statutory duties are clear; • improving the quality, consistency, and completeness of risk assessments across the estate; • enhancing contractor management and maintenance compliance, particularly where responsibilities sit with FM providers or landlords; and • providing technical input into the review and update of policies, guidance, workflows, and supporting documentation.
