Dartford Crossing Demand and Asset Risk update\. This project has the following broad aims: - Expand existing narrative and slide deck from Phases 1 & 2 of the 'Dartford Crossing Demand and Asset Risk' to help support the wider business case for LTC - Further articulate the impact of 'do nothing' scenarios on the Dartford crossing \(such as not building the LTC or delaying renewal works\) - Explore the benefits of renewal works in terms of maintenance savings and determine the optimal refurbishment window\.
