St Anne's Square Planting 2022

Fylde Council are looking to appoint a contractor to carry out landscaping works at St Anne's Square in Lancashire. The works comprise of: Making safe excavation works area through Chapter 8 Road Barriers. Machine clear and dispose of existing bed vegetation. Prepare beds for planting by removal of roots and debris. Import, spread and level 10 ton high quality compost for bed levelling, improvement and plant hole backfilling. Import and work in slow release fertiliser across all bed areas. Supply plants in accordance with plant list. Plant in accordance with location and design plans. Import, spread and level high quality surface mulch to a depth of 100mm to all bed areas. Power wash all work areas, perimeter pathways, and hard standings following the completion of planting works, to leave areas clean and accessible. Undertake 6 week follow up watering regime, incorporating slow release fertiliser and ameliorants.
