The service required from this contract is the provision of a facility to receive municipal waste from the Council and its subsequent storage, bulking up and onward transport to a Rail Transfer loading in Knowsley.The Rail Transfer Loading Station (RTLS) is located in Woodward Road, Kirkby, Merseyside, L33 3AR.
