Mini Competition from Crown Commercial Service Framework Agreement RM919, Legal Services, Lot 8 - Complex projects.

Two lots were procured:

Lot 1: Deliver legal advice and guidance to Clinical Commissioning Groups on new models of care and new ways of working that can be shared across the six places in the Humber, Coast and Vale STP.

Lot 2: Deliver legal advice and guidance to Providers on the new models of care and new ways of working that can be shared across the Provider Collaborative / Accountable Care Partnerships within the Humber, Coast and Vale STP footprint

The contracts have been awarded from the start date until 31 March 2019, with the option to extend up to two years. An annual budget of £50,000 will be allocated to the contract, including £50,000 for the remainder of 2017-18, split between providers on a call-off basis. The value of the two contracts is £100,000, with the optional extension of up to two years taking the full value of the opportunity to £200,000. The end date reflects the maximum term of the contract including optional extensions.
