Work description
Scottish Water wishes to engage a number of legal firms regulated by the Law Society of Scotland to support Scottish Water's in-house legal team to deliver a range of property legal services to Scottish Water and its subsidiaries.
Scottish Water intends to award contracts under this framework through 8 services. They are as follows: •Land Purchases, Deeds of Servitudes and Occupational Leases and Compulsory Purchases. •Disposals of Property including Auction Sales •Voluntary Registration •Rural and Agricultural Property Advice •Renewable Energy Schemes and Projects •Vesting •Commercial Leasing •Environmental and Planning Legal Services
