EHRC 1617-44 Finance Systems - Second and Third Line Support

The Commission wishes to procure a supplier who will be the single source of second and third line support for our portfolio of finance software training and support as required best practice advice and guidance concerning upgrading and patching of systems. Act as source of patching software and notification. The successful bidder will provide a support service acting as a second and third line to the Commission's in-house ICT Service Desk. The supplier can therefore expect to have contact with the Commission's IT department as well as the Finance department's user base.
