## Description

FBM Freshers is a programme of enterprise workshops aimed at Year 7 students throughout County Durham\. This project builds upon a pilot project delivered to 7 schools in the County during the 2017 Summer Term and subsequent awarded following a competitive tender procedure\. FBM Freshers is a primer for Future Business Magnates\. a well-established business competition for schools in County Durham focusing on Year 8 students\. The aim of this project is to support Business Durham's strategy to extend the reach of FBM to a greater number of young people in County Durham\. The first stage of this strategy is to offer an enterprise experience to Year 7 pupils, as a lead-in to the Year 8 competition\.
