Provision for Ice Centre External Cladding Snagging Rectification Works (UPDATED) - AWARD

Description

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority ("the Authority") requires various trades to undertake handover snagging rectification works based on a schedule of day rates and on costs at the newly built Lee Valley Ice Centre (LVIC). Numerous general snagging items still remain and need to be addressed; therefore, the Authority plans to group all snags relating to the External Wall/ Window/Door Cladding into a single package for tendering purposes.
