## Description

This is a Direct Award Call-Off under ESPO Framework 664 Lot 4b For the provision of consultancy work for the authority to transition to a demand-led system of service delivery for Adult Social Care\. The programme is called the Adults Positive Challenge Programme \(APCP\), and specialist expertise in the field of behaviour change and demand-management was required to support the transition to the new system\.
