The provision of contract Official Veterinarians \(cOV\) and contract Official Auxiliaries \(cOA\) to undertake the delivery of official controls in accordance with EC and UK law in FSA approved meat establishments \(slaughterhouses, cutting plants and approved game handling establishments\)\.
