Impact Evaluation for Premier Skills programme from 2013 to 2016

The British Council is seeking to appoint a supplier to evaluate the impact of the Premier Skills programme from August 2013 to July 2016. Premier Skills is an international programme delivered in partnership between the British Council and the Premier League that uses football to develop a brighter future for young people around the world. The evaluation will test the programme’s theory of change, review its performance against reach targets and key performance indicators, and assess its sustainability.
