Award Contract for The Provision of the Road Freight Survey System

Description

This contract is to maintain the digital service, specifically: 1) Maintenance of the Digital Road Freight statistical surveys building on work done in Public Beta. 2) Explore and create validations to prevent submission of errors or missing fields and introduce automatic coding to category lists. 3) Ensure data can be exported in-line with current processing technology in MS-SQL. 4) Service implementation and ongoing maintenance support. 5) Facility to add, edit or delete module questions ad hoc 6) Explore digital data collection for RoRo in a similar format to current excel forms, with further iterations and testing required to improve question order and workflow prototypes
