Description

This engagement will provide Defra senior advisory support to the Water Reform Programme. Expert specialist advice on regulated industry system reform and transformation programme design is required to ensure the set up the Water Reform Programme and Single Regulator major project is grounded in best practice. The objectives are to establish a strong design of the future regulatory system, enable a clear underlying logic to meet reform outcomes and benefits targeted, and ensure the work is underpinned by robust project and programme scope, structure and plans.
