Full Service Legal Advice - AWARD

CONTRACT AWARD ONLY Full Service Legal Advice - Further Competition from the CCS RM3788 Wider Public Sector Legal Services Framework Agreement (LOT 2a).

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (the CA) is seeking to appoint legal advisors to assist and support us in providing high quality, accurate and timely legal advice and assistance in relation to various projects that may be undertaken during the Term of the Contract. The Supplier shall be required to provide legal advice, assistance and associated services on the following disciplines to include, if required, representation, obtaining Counsel's advice, and secondment to the CA (rates, times and requirements to be agreed if required):

o Litigation o Employment and Pensions o Property including Commercial Property o Projects o Insolvency and Bankruptcy o Contract o Commercial o Procurement o State Aid and Funding Advice o Grants o Banking, Insurance and Finance o Loans o Construction Law o Governance o Insurance o Regulatory and Information Governance o Transport including franchising o Housing o Planning

A successful tenderer is anticipated to be appointed by 01st March 2021. The Agreement shall be for an initial two year term, with the provision to extend for one further year. The total contract term shall not exceed three years.
