GB-Grays: Private Rental Management Agent

The Council’s requirement under this Contract is for Managing agent for private rented residential scheme at St Chads housing development, Tilbury. Thurrock Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified private rented sector managing agent on behalf of its wholly owned development company Gloriana Thurrock Limited (Gloriana) to support its proposal to develop a new residential scheme on St Chads Road, Tilbury. The scheme is currently being constructed on site with a phased completion programme from approx. January to June 2017.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
