Manor Road, Brackley Traffic Management and Active Travel Improvement Feasibility Study - AWARD

Feasibility study for a scheme to reduce traffic flow and speeds on Manor Road and improve walking and cycling provision, with the overall aim to improve safety and encourage travel by active modes. Access needs of properties on the road should be maintained and significant negative traffic impact on the surrounding road network should be avoided. The preferred option and its delivery phasing needs to align with potential changes in land uses along Manor Road in the foreseeable future. Note: This is being awarded using WNC terms and conditions, rather than ESPO (as was stated in the previous EOI).
