## Description

Procure the development of a minimum viable product \(MVP\) for a Place-Based Directory of Services from Jan-Mar19 and, thereafter, 2 years of software as a service from Apr19-Mar21\. The work will be phased with separate contracts for each phase to provide protection, control and insight to the organisation\.
