## Description

Provision of Electoral Management System to: • To uphold and maintain the functionality of what the current EMS can do, to achieve the ERO and RO standards set by legislation and the Electoral Commission\. • Enable the team to work with mapping functionality to make polling district reviews and boundary changes a lot more efficient by end of March 2022\. • A supplier that has the ability to be cloud-hosted now or in the future\. • A better postal vote scanning software package that doesn't rely on Kofax or any other subsidiary software package that needs specialist attention from our IT department\. • To have a canvassing application for digital door knocking\. • To have new and innovative ways to bring about efficiencies within the elections team during election timetables or annual registration activities\.
